The SPS series of automated moisture sorption test systems are now equipped for operation with compressed air as well as with Nitrogen in the test chambers atmosphere.
The system has a nominal gas throughput of 500ml per minute at an input pressure range of 1.5 through 10 bar.
The maximum gas throughput is 4000 ml/Minute.
All SPS systems of former series are upgradeable to the arbitrary gas option.
External Mixer
SPS-M1 is an external mixing and regulating unit to adjust the oxygen content within the test chamber.
Some special applications require to adjust the oxygen content within the process atmosphere. To cover these requirements a new mixing and regulationg unit for gases has been developed. This regulating unit is available as an option for the SPS system and is controlled by the SPS system software. The Oxygen content is adjustable by the user. The application area is limited to non corrosive and non explosive gas mixtures.
